LiveAI Website provides a subscription-based platform to build, host, and manage AI-powered websites on AWS infrastructure. Your site is hosted at a subdomain of liveaiwebsite.com, or your own custom domain.
On the BYOK Starter plan, you supply your own AI API key. You are responsible for compliance with the terms of your AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and any costs they charge.
On Managed AI and Pro plans, we provide AI access via AWS Bedrock. Token usage is subject to the monthly limits of your plan. Overages pause AI features until the next billing cycle, unless you upgrade.
All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, your card will be charged for the first billing cycle.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.
You can cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods.
We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change, by email and in-app notification.
You may not use the platform to host content that is illegal, promotes violence or hatred, infringes intellectual property, or violates the terms of any AI provider.
You may not attempt to circumvent token limits, abuse the provisioning system, or interfere with other tenants' resources.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity.
Pro plan subscribers are covered by a 99.9% monthly uptime SLA for the hosting infrastructure. BYOK and Managed AI plans target the same uptime but without contractual guarantees.
LiveAI Website is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We rely on AWS and Stripe. Outages or changes to these services are outside our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LiveAI Website is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
