At LiveAI Website, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and payment details (processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card number).
If you bring your own AI API key, it is encrypted at rest using AWS Secrets Manager with AES-256 encryption. Only your provisioned environment can access it.
We collect token usage counts and request timestamps to power your dashboard and enforce plan limits. We do not log the content of your AI conversations.
The content of your hosted website is stored in your dedicated AWS S3 bucket. It is logically isolated from other tenants.
To provision and maintain your hosted environment, process payments, and send transactional emails (welcome, invoices, alerts).
To detect anomalous usage, enforce rate limits, and protect the platform from misuse.
Aggregated, anonymised usage metrics help us improve the platform. We never sell your data to third parties.
All data is stored on AWS (us-east-1 by default). We use S3, RDS, and Secrets Manager with encryption at rest and in transit.
Each subscriber's resources are logically isolated. Your S3 bucket, database row, and secrets are scoped to your account only.
In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your account, we will notify you by email within 72 hours.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in to the admin panel. These are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled.
We use privacy-first analytics (no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting). You can opt out in your account settings.
You can request a full export of your data at any time from your account settings.
When you cancel your subscription, all your AWS resources (S3, database records, secrets) are permanently deleted within 30 days.
